We often focus on meeting the needs of others, putting our own well-being on the back burner. Over time, this can lead to stress and emotional exhaustion, as we gradually lose touch with our inner peace. Setting boundaries isn't just about managing relationships with others—it's also about nurturing a healthy relationship with ourselves. Learning to set these internal boundaries is essential for recharging, maintaining balance, and preserving our mental health. For me, recharging means taking intentional breaks from social interactions. Working closely with people can be rewarding, but I often need time alone to reset.
